If your project is in the design phase, the Rocky Mountain Power New Construction program can help with early design assistance and incentives, no-cost energy modeling, construction incentives for energy efficient buildings, and performance incentives for operating buildings to energy efficient designs. By participating early in the design process, participants may receive up to $17,500 more in incentives compared to those who wait.
